How to make homemade potatoes wedges?
Preheat your oven at 200°C.
Here is how to prepare your potatoes:
1. Peel your potatoes and cut them in wedges.
2. Put the potato wedges in a big bowl, add some olive oil and mix (all wedges should be covered with oil)
3. Add the paprika, the herbes de provence, the oregano and the salt and pepper in the big bowl and mix (all wedges should be covered with the spices)
4. Put your potato wedges on a trail covered with baking paper and put the trail in the oven
Cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes (turn the potatoes once or twice through the cooking).
